    How can I place an order?

    The simplest way is to shop online, and you are welcome to call us and we will guide you through the online ordering.

    Do you charge sales tax?

    We do not charge sales tax unless it is applied in your State.

    What type of product warranty do you have?

    All of our products carry a limited lifetime warranty. We will repair or replace any product that has defects due to workroom error so long as the product is not misused and abused. Replacement must be for the same product as in the original order.

    Can I return my curtain if I am unhappy with it?

    Because every product is custom made, even DIY, we are sorry but we we cannot allow straight returns. However, if you are unhappy with your product, we will remake or repair it if it's due to workroom error. If you’re just unhappy with your selection, we can offer you up to 50% off a similar product. Our goal is to make you happy in your own home.

    Do you supply all the necessary components for installation?

    Not at the moment but we are working on it. We will tell you the length and diameter of the rod you need for each and every curtain. You could go to a local home supplier stores to get the type of curtain rods that you like.

    What can I do if I did not find what I like?

    We will list all the textile materials and styles that we could offer for you to select. If you do not find what you like on our platform, please feel free to contact our online helper with your inquiry. We will be happy to use our expertise and resources to help you make your own design, for we want to help you make your home a dream home.

    How difficult is the installation process? Will I be able to do it myself?

    It is pretty simple! If you are handy with a drill it will be no problem. Otherwise, please contact us for help, or we can recommend an independent professional to come to your home for a fee.

    When will my card be charged for my order?

    Because every product is custom-made with our great craftsman efforts,the process begins as soon as you place your order. Therefore, we are required to charge your credit card as soon as you place your order.

    How do I clean my window treatment?

    Minimal care and cleaning is needed to maintain the beauty of your curtains. Clean with a low suction, hand held vacuum or dust with a soft, clean cloth or feather duster.

    It seems the lead time is pretty long. Why?

    Since it is custom made, we will have to order textiles accordingly, and this may take time. Also since we sew your curtain by hand, it is time-consuming.
