General products that have quality-related issues may be returned for a refund, but customized products are only allowed for exchange.
For those non-customized products, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 15 days. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included in the shipment. Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned more than 15 days after delivery. We may also deduct the original and return shipping charges from the refund. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on the condition of the merchandise. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived.
Howdeco.com guarantees its products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the factory warranty period (see details for each supplier at their howdeco store), we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement.
